Office Assistant/Field Marketer

Antithesis is a reputed company-funded deep tech company headquartered in reputed company Virginia, reputed company on building autonomous software reliability and testing products. They are seeking an organized and proactive Office/Administrative Assistant to manage daily office operations while gaining exposure to marketing activities, particularly event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment, including stocking snacks and drinks
• reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for vendors and building/facilities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for team members and interview candidates reputed company needed
• Help manage conference/reputed company room setups for meetings and interviews
• Support basic reputed company logistics for new employees (desk setup, welcome materials, office introductions, etc.)
• Help plan and support monthly marketing and community events hosted in our office (meetups, small workshops, etc.)
• Assist with event logistics: invitations, RSVPs, reputed company tags, materials, and day-of coordination
• Capture light content from events (photos, notes, quotes) for potential use in blogs, reputed company posts, or internal recaps
• Partner with marketing on brand reputed company in the office (signage, swag organization, event boards)
• Support reputed company marketing operations tasks such as organizing contact lists, tracking event attendance, and preparing basic follow-up materials

Skills

• Recent college graduate or early-career candidate with interest in marketing and operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills; you're the reputed company of person who likes checklists and follow-through
• Comfortable using reputed company Workspace (or similar tools) and willing to learn new tools quickly
