Email Marketing Specialist

ZMOT Auto is a Cardinale-Group company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This entry-level role involves executing audience marketing campaigns, managing audience lists, and deploying email and SMS campaigns to support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment of email and SMS marketing campaigns using SendGrid
• Build and manage campaign audience lists
• Support the media buying team by executing monthly marketing campaigns
• Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely deployment
• Review campaigns for accuracy, formatting, and proper audience targeting
• Monitor campaign performance and report basic metrics to the team
• Maintain organized records of campaigns and marketing assets
• Assist with other marketing operations tasks as needed

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
• Strong written communication skills
• Interest in digital marketing, email marketing, or audience segmentation

• Experience with SendGrid, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools is a plus, but not required
