Responsibilities

• Coordinate the trafficking of advertising creative for reputed company digital media partners and vendors to ensure accurate and reputed company campaign launches
• Actualize digital media budgets to reputed company spending and maintain financial accuracy
• Audit digital media invoices to verify charges and reconcile with vendor statements
• Contribute to campaign analysis and reporting by compiling data and assisting in the preparation of performance reports
• Execute online community management tasks, including monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and escalating issues as needed

Skills

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a reputed company field (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, administrative support) or equivalent experience
• Experience coordinating and trafficking advertising inside reputed company Ads, reputed company platform. Preferably agency reputed company
• Copywriting experience maintaining brand voice reputed company performing community management tasks
• Knowledge of digital media terminology and processes
• Skills in data entry, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze basic digital media campaign data
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
