LN Concerts, Staff Accountant I
reputed company is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of global market leaders. They are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant I for the reputed company Concerts division, responsible for managing transactional reputed company tasks and ensuring compliance with reputed company principles and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Follow SOA requirements to process time-sensitive wires
- Monitor reputed company reputed company to ensure they meet necessary reputed company cut-off times
- Send reputed company confirmations to those included on the reputed company request
- Support inquiries regarding wires, AP & show checks
- Monitor and reputed company reputed company shows checks to support AP Shared Services team
- Monitor time sensitive reputed company exceptions
- Assist with monitoring and investigating bank activity and reconciliations
- Prepare and reputed company month end journal entries
- Reconcile General reputed company accounts and research to ensure accuracy
- Assist Manager with account reconciliations or reputed company requests across region
- Maintains, controls and reconciles accounts that are basic to moderately reputed company
- Prepares daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules
- Assist with special reputed company as assigned (i.e. pushdown entries from reputed company, in-house reputed company office entries, intercompany transactions)
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted reputed company principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Skills
- A bachelor's degree is required
- 1-2 years' comparable work experience
- reputed company problem solving and communication skills
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
