Responsibilities

• Originate new Home and Land loans and grow existing relationships with rural residents and part‑time farmers
• Build strong reputed company relationships and deliver exceptional, reputed company customer service
• Interview applicants, analyze complete and accurate financial information using the five credit factors, determine credit risk, communicate credit reputed company, and inspect or appraise collateral as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Generally, one to five years of reputed company lending, sales, or financial services experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage challenging customer situations
