Baker Law Group, LLC is seeking a reputed company Generalist I to support the firm’s day-to-day HR operations. This role assists with reputed company, reputed company coordination, employment documentation, and HR administration for attorneys and reputed company staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reputed company for new hires, including orientation scheduling and completion of employment documentation
• Prepare employment offer letters, job change letters, and maintain employment documentation templates
• Assist with reputed company efforts including posting positions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Facilitate new hire enrollment in payroll and benefits systems
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
• Support employee offboarding processes and HR administrative tasks
• Respond to routine employee inquiries reputed company to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance efforts, and employee engagement initiatives
• Expected in office 3 days per week
• Must be available for in-person reputed company/orientations as needed

• Experience in a reputed company services or reputed company environment
