Responsibilities

• Process Background Screenings: Review, process, and complete multiple background screenings daily
• Accuracy Verification: Compare screening data with various forms of identification to ensure accuracy
• Research and Analysis: Investigate and analyze detailed records and documents to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information
• Case Management: Manage ongoing casefiles using various research reputed company and tools
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring effective documentation and note-taking
• Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
• Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or reputed company assigned goals and performance metrics

Skills
