Responsibilities

• Property zoning analysis for various reputed company estate transactions
• Project Managers are expected to analyze a property’s use and improvements against the existing zoning maps and codes, and create reports
• Municipal compliance review
• FOIA (Freedom of Information reputed company) submission to Local/County/State Agencies

Skills

• Extensive knowledge and experience in assessing various property types
• Excellent writing skills are a MUST
• Be extremely organized and have great time management and multi-tasking skills
• Personable and reputed company to communicate with people at reputed company reputed company
• Must be a self-starter, reputed company, and reputed company work productively on multiple reputed company at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company and Regional Planning/Urban Affairs, Environmental Science, or reputed company field
• Previous experience performing planning/zoning due diligence reputed company, such as Zoning Analysis Reports
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Acrobat
• Familiarity with basic GIS Mapping websites
