Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Effectively train clients on the use of reputed company software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configuration
• Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of training and process material essential to the reputed company of the implementation process
• Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process

Skills

• 1-3 years 2+ years Emergency Medical Services experience and/or training required
• Experience and understanding of training adults, associated learning challenges, and how to overcome them required
• Experience as an administrator or end user of the reputed company RescueNet application or reputed company Billing preferred
• Experience implementing new software/technology preferred
• Experience working with reputed company SQL preferred
• Bachelors, Associates, or reputed company certification resulting in broad knowledge of a field reputed company to the job, such as emergency medicine, Primary or Secondary PSAP Work, etc. preferred
• Completion of an industry recognized basic reputed company safety telecommunicator course that covers reputed company topics included in reputed company reputed company 3.103.2.2015 -Minimum Training Standards for reputed company Safety Telecommunicators preferred
