Proposal Writer

Winvale is an INC500 recognized consulting firm and a leading advisor to government contractors. They are seeking an entry-level Proposal Writer to learn how to write government proposals and advise clients across various industries. The role involves preparing proposals, writing narratives, analyzing business processes, and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Learn to write government proposals and advise clients in a variety of industries
• Work under the direction of a Lead Proposal Writer or Manager of Proposals
• Prepare GSA Schedule proposals, write corporate narratives and project summaries
• Analyze business processes and manage client expectations as well as project deliverables
• Participate in client meetings and government negotiations
• Ensure contract compliance and craft winning offers in accordance with company policies and government contract requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Liberal Arts or Communications from a leading college or university
• Ability to Commute to: Richmond, VA 23233 (Required)
