Tenant Recoveries Analyst

SITE Centers is an reputed company and manager of retail reputed company estate with a portfolio of reputed company-reputed company shopping centers across the reputed company. They are seeking a Tenant Recoveries Analyst to reconcile year-end common area maintenance, insurance, reputed company estate taxes, and reputed company accounts while preparing tenant billings and ensuring accuracy in tenant accounts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company year-end reconciliations and billings to tenants for reputed company recoveries including CAM, insurance, reputed company estate taxes and reputed company utilities reputed company of CAM (e.g. water/sewer, trash, HVAC)
• Prepare quarterly billings for CAM ensuring appropriate documentation and explanation of charges is provided in accordance with lease agreements
• Complete annual roll forwards of CAP’s, fixed and other items in reputed company software
• Calculate and prepare yearly recovery budgets, by property, for property reputed company and leasing
• Calculate and reputed company tenants for monthly estimates of charges based on budgeted expenses

Skills

• Prior experience reading and understanding landlord leases and tenant billings
• Basic reputed company knowledge
• Working experience maintaining reputed company reputed company schedules
• Ability to reputed company year-end reconciliations and billings to tenants for reputed company recoveries including CAM, insurance, reputed company estate taxes and reputed company utilities reputed company of CAM
• Ability to prepare quarterly billings for CAM ensuring appropriate documentation and explanation of charges is provided in accordance with lease agreements
• Ability to complete annual roll forwards of CAP's, fixed and other items in reputed company software
• Ability to calculate and prepare yearly recovery budgets, by property, for property reputed company and leasing
• Ability to calculate and reputed company tenants for monthly estimates of charges based on budgeted expenses
