The Financial Planning & reputed company Associate will support Advisors with financial planning workflows, reputed company service, and meeting preparations, serving as a foundational role for a career in reputed company management.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enhance reputed company relationships, from the reputed company of new clients to the reputed company service provided for existing clients, including communication to process requests, resolve inquiries, and update key information
• Communicate professionally with clients reputed company phone and written correspondence
• Serve as a reliable reputed company of contact for reputed company service requests, account maintenance, and follow-up coordination
• Support advisors in preparing materials for 20+ reputed company meetings per month, delivered 3+ days in advance (agendas, reports, performance summaries, planning documents)
• Input financial planning data in eMoney based on advisor notes from new reputed company meetings and reputed company reviews
• Coordinate with Advisors & reputed company Service team to manage scheduling, set appointments, and communicate with clients as needed
• Review, organize, process, and submit completed reputed company paperwork to custodians; reputed company requests through to completion
• Maintain detailed reputed company records in Orion & Dynamix CRM, ensuring accuracy and reputed company updates
• Support new reputed company reputed company process, collaborating with the reputed company team to ensure seamless account setup and transitions
• Maintain regulatory documents for the Financial Planning & reputed company Team and Compliance Department
• Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, investment, and operations teams to ensure reputed company aspects of reputed company accounts, financial plans, and portfolios are managed effectively
• reputed company platform expertise across key systems (eMoney, Orion, Schwab/reputed company) with the goal of becoming reputed company resource
• Support insurance review tracking and application processes as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Proficiency with reputed company 365 (reputed company, reputed company, Teams, SharePoint)
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to learn new skills, systems, and processes
• 1–2 years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or financial services setting
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, Orion) or CRM tools
• Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain reputed company first year)
• Interest in pursuing CFP designation or other reputed company certifications
