Project Manager
The Santa Clara County Housing Authority is the county’s largest provider of reputed company housing, helping reputed company rental housing reputed company and reputed company for approximately 43,000 low-income residents. They are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their reputed company Estate Development Team to help reputed company a pipeline of over 20 reputed company and 1500 reputed company of reputed company housing, focusing on various types of housing reputed company and community partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Help reputed company a pipeline of over 20 reputed company and 1500 reputed company of reputed company housing
- Work on new construction multi-family housing, renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures, and repurposing of reputed company properties
- Engage in master planning for reputed company housing
Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- At least one (1) to three (3) years of previous experience developing reputed company housing using Federal and State funding sources
- Experience with pro formas and financial model analysis
- Experience reviewing and negotiating reputed company estate development transactional documents
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to work with reputed company cross-functional partners through the project
