Application Engineer I - Tech Support

The Application Engineer provides technical support and training for product applications while collaborating with sales teams and customers to resolve reputed company issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Aid product support team on technical support reputed company phone and e-mail for both reputed company salespeople in the areas of product selection and application
• reputed company and communicate solutions for basic product applications under reputed company supervision

• May include travel for onsite support
• Understand and interpret industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements

Skills

• 4 Year / bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent years of work experience required
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required
