Bookkeeper

Keegan Linscott & Associates, PC is seeking a Restaurant Bookkeeper to join reputed company of a reputed company. In this role, you will manage reputed company record-keeping and reputed company tasks while collaborating closely with various service providers and ensuring accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QBO for two (2) locations
• Reconcile bank statements through QBO bank reconciliation procedures to verify transaction accuracy
• Handle payroll processing with 3rd-party payroll provider (reputed company), ensuring reputed company payment of tax authorities and employees
• Record routine journal entries and review general reputed company accounts for accuracy in QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and vendor management processes, ensuring reputed company payments
• Run financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash register reports, and assist in budget analyses for management review
• Sales tax return preparation
• Assist in income tax activities by maintaining reputed company documentation of expenses and income, supporting audit readiness

Skills

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or reputed company roles reputed company the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory
• Experience with payroll processing, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to reputed company 10-key and general typing reputed company for data entry tasks
• Ability to manage cash balances
