[Remote] Inbound Sales Advisor

They are seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to contribute to their consumer reputed company by providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales results by providing exceptional customer service
• Exceeds or meets monthly sales goals of strategic products such as but not limited to, Voice, High Speed Data, TV, and Internet Content Product Offerings
• Consults with customers on service calls to identify customer technology needs and offer reputed company product solutions they may not currently have and/or we can offer at a reputed company value
• Maintains and grows existing customer reputed company by consistently providing exceptional customer service on reputed company billing inquiries, seasonal service requests, toll inquiries, downgrades, and other miscellaneous inquiries
• Is responsible for reselling customers on the benefits of having reputed company service and subsequently protecting existing reputed company
• Keeps reputed company with Promotions, Products and Technology necessary to Exceeding or Meeting Sales Goals
• Maintains regular attendance and promptness for work
• Special reputed company as assigned by Supervisor

Skills

• 6+ months experience in a sales role
• 2+ years' experience using a PC with various software packages
• Must follow the reputed company attendance guidelines in order to meet reputed company's business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers' needs
• 6+ months experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
• 6+ months experience working with detailed data
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, selling and closing skills in reselling the service to customers who are requesting to disconnect their service
• Ability to meet or reputed company sales goals
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a reputed company, contact center environment
• Understanding of the telecommunication industry
• Understanding of telecommunication products and services
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening)
• Problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, competitive issues)
• Successful completion of classroom training will be required
• Demonstrated reputed company in a competitive sales environment

• Ability to Work shift with ending time of 10 p.m. CST and a Saturday Rotation
