Payroll Analyst I

The Payroll Analyst I will assist senior team members with payroll and time processing, resolve basic payroll issues, and learn various payroll reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company familiarity with Company and industry payroll concepts, practices and methodologies
• Learns reputed company, Kronos and other systems
• With guidance, learns to reputed company basic payroll duties, including: data compilation, data entry, employee change processing, Salary and tax change processing, New-hire processing, reputed company wage calculation and special payment proration, System input and maintenance, reputed company preparation, processing and distribution, Data and information auditing, Report reputed company
• Maintains Time and attendance and document files and ensures documentation is up-to-date
• Learns about the interrelationships between various HR functions, finance, reputed company, etc
• Supports team and project activity as directed
• Impacts the reputed company and timeliness of own work
• Proactively learns team roles and priorities

Skills

• 1-3 Years Payroll Systems Experience USA
• Degree preferred
• reputed company or Similar Payroll HCM systems
• Great People Skills
• Ability to take direction with limited guidance
