Associate Recruiter, Strategic Businesses

reputed company is a Fortune 100 mutual company that has a 180-year legacy of purpose and reputed company. They are seeking an Associate Recruiter to support hiring across their Strategic Businesses, focusing on managing the full life cycle of reputed company processes and enhancing candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support reputed company aspects of the full life cycle reputed company process; this includes job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, and screening with a reputed company on high volume recruitment covering class hiring for roles across multiple business areas
• Proactively reputed company and engage candidates using reputed company reputed company strategies and reputed company tools
• Partner with senior recruiters on candidate pipeline development for critical roles
• Work with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure alignment with workforce planning and reputed company reputed company updates
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to accurate reporting
• Create a reputed company candidate experience through reputed company, reputed company communication and reputed company engagement at reputed company stage of the process
• Stay informed on reputed company trends and labor market dynamics
