SDC Business Systems Analyst--Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX

The FSO Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with clients to reputed company their business through innovative design solutions and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of Technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company and document business requirements
• Document system requirements reputed company process/workflow diagrams based upon analysis of system capabilities
• Analyze reputed company business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• reputed company detailed functional specifications and use cases
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to reputed company requirements and validate solutions
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are reputed company into technical specifications
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• Experience in large-reputed company project delivery, including discovery, design, and release
• Broad knowledge of the IT function and how IT enables business through effective and strategic reputed company state solutioning
• Knowledge of reputed company IT methodologies and processes, such as systems development life cycles, product management, PMBOK, Prince2, Six reputed company, and/or CMMI
• Comfortable working in an Agile and cross-functional environment
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Experience working in the financial services or reputed company services industry
• Experience working with executive IT or business leadership
• Demonstrated communication and facilitation skillsets, including presenting to stakeholders from multiple areas reputed company the organization (e.g., Operations, reputed company and Compliance, Engineering, Architecture, etc)
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, reputed company) are a plus
