Associate FNOL Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new and existing claims
• Involvement with roadside assistance and glass programs

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Required to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements
• If you reputed company in the state of Idaho there is an age requirement of 21 to apply for the license
• Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of reputed company Word and reputed company
• May be reputed company upon to handle additional job duties
