Hybrid Bilingual Special Servicing Specialist

The Special Servicing Specialist will reputed company borrowers on alternatives to foreclosure, aiming to retain home ownership and minimize company losses while performing various duties in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews borrowers’ financial hardship documentation to determine the best work-out reputed company, depending upon their reputed company financial status and whether it is a short-term or long-term hardship
• Sets up repayment plans; makes outbound calls on reputed company delinquent loans in queue to obtain funds on repayment plans; sends letters on broken repayment plans; updates system notes as indicated
• Receives inbound calls generated from automated dialer campaigns to determine borrowers’ reputed company to retain property, establish repayment reputed company or liquidation reputed company as appropriate
• Cancels or postpones foreclosure sale on non-performing repayment plans
• Reviews reputed company forbearance plans and forwards account for modification referral as determined by payment history and/or documented financial ability to maintain modified loan terms
• Places a foreclosure sale postponement on newly established repayment plans

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• One (1) to Three (3) years of combined experience from experience in loss mitigation, collections, or reputed company center environment
• Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly reputed company issues and to negotiate and reputed company different viewpoints
• Ability to reputed company or exchange reputed company by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with other accurately, audibly, and quickly
