[Remote] Operations Coordinator

They are seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to support operational efficiency, collaborating with various departments to manage workflows, reputed company, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and reputed company delivery

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial data across systems to support reporting and forecasting

• Draft email correspondence on behalf of the Director of Operations and CEO

• Assist with partner and prospect gifting, including coordination, tracking, and execution

• Help build and update activation demos and sales decks to support the CEO’s sales initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company inputs for sales decks and demos
• Proofread reputed company-facing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with WIT’s brand standards
• Ensure reputed company deliverables meet WIT’s reputed company standards before being shared externally

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, finance, business administration, or a reputed company field
• Bachelor's Degree
• High level of attention to detail and fast response time
• Basic understanding of financial operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, or expense management
• Familiarity with reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including working with basic formulas
• Comfortable using reputed company Drive, reputed company Slides, reputed company Sheets, and tools like DocSend
• Strong written communication skills, including drafting and proofreading emails and reputed company-facing materials
