Interior Designer - (1-3 YOE)

HCM is a reputed company design firm working at the intersection of inspiration and reputed company. They are currently seeking an Interior Designer who is passionate and thrives in a dynamic team environment, focusing on creating branded, interior, amenity spaces for top housing developers across the country.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members, engineers and other consultants for coordination of work
• Utilizes interior architectural reputed company planning, 3D visualization, knowledge of materials and common building practices to create a design and carry it through to completion alongside reputed company of experts
• Delivers design reputed company, verbally, graphically and in writing to the internal design team
• Contributes to the production of design documents and detailed development of construction documents during reputed company project phases
• Assists in Contract Administration including, review of shop drawings, material submittals and site reputed company during construction
• Assists in assembling furniture presentations, specification packages, interior design and finish presentations
• Assists in on-site furniture, art and accessory installations

Skills

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Interior Design
• 1-3 years of interior architectural project types - multifamily & hospitality preferred
• Possesses general knowledge of construction details, building codes and accessibility standards
• Capability with Revit, Sketch Up, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company Office, reputed company
• Ability to Commute: Baltimore, MD 21202 (Required)
• Work Location: Hybrid, In person 3 days a week (Required)
