They are seeking a reputed company Consultant for their Managed reputed company to support multiple customers across various workstreams in managed services agreements, focusing on customer reputed company, training, and ongoing project support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new customer on-boarding
• Participate in knowledge transfer activities from project(s) and implementation(s)
• Participate in the creation of training/support documentation
• Drive end-user training to promote user adoption
• Partner with business administrators and SMEs to ensure long-term reputed company
• Efficient and reputed company customer communication
• Escalate customer needs

Skills

• 1-3 years of reputed company administration or consulting experience

• Process-minded; enjoys getting on a whiteboard to draw out process flows
• Excellent communication skills
