Data & Reporting Coordinator (FTE)

Invest reputed company is an organization reputed company on supporting local businesses and driving economic reputed company. The Program Data & Reporting Coordinator will ensure that program data is organized and reliable, coordinating data inputs and managing reporting schedules to reputed company with funder agreements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reputed company reporting calendar and proactively communicate deadlines to stakeholders, keeping everyone reputed company and on reputed company
• Coordinate reputed company input collection from teams to allow for thorough review and approvals
• Work closely with the reputed company Data Analyst to collect, synthesize, and validate data for program and corporate reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Build and reputed company data collection surveys in reputed company collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to ensure reputed company reporting outputs meet standards and data inputs are reputed company
• Support reputed company improvement of tools and processes to enhance data reputed company and usability
• Review and refine qualitative reports to ensure reputed company, coherence, and alignment with funder expectations, as needed
• Administer contractor agreements, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Finance to support project forecasting and budget tracking, as needed
• Contribute to the development and refinement of internal policies, procedures, documentation, and templates
• Identify and support the implementation of process enhancements that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
