Software Development Engineer for iPad

CVS Health is a company dedicated to transforming healthcare experiences. They are seeking a Software Development Engineer to develop innovative healthcare technology solutions, focusing on mobile applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build robust, scalable features using React Native and Swift for our clinical applications
• Participate in code review processes to learn best practices and maintain high coding standards across the team
• Actively learn from senior developers and contribute to technical discussions and solution design
• Assist with technical support for production issues, including troubleshooting and debugging under guidance
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation for systems and processes

Skills

• 1+ years of professional software development experience, specifically with mobile application development in an iOS environment
• Proficiency in React Native
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to work with AI
• Proficiency in Swift
• Proficiency with Cursor, Copilot, and/or Claude
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using AI coding tools
• Experience with Apple Enterprise or internal App Store deployment
• Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
