Junior Developer Experience Engineer (Boulder, CO)

reputed company is a company looking to expand its Developer Experience team in Boulder, CO. The role involves enhancing the developer experience across reputed company’s products by testing user flows, documenting issues, and collaborating with various teams to improve usability and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Test and review reputed company’s reputed company developer journeys, including reputed company flows, tutorials, sample applications, website demos, and dashboard experiences
• Own and improve reputed company’s documentation and overall developer narrative across Chat, Feeds, Video, and AI Moderation products
• reputed company as a “first developer” on new DX work — surfacing confusion, bugs, and rough edges early in the process
• Build and maintain demo apps, sample reputed company, and small reputed company-reputed company utilities
• Partner with engineering, product, and design to reputed company document issues and help validate improvements
• Test SDK usage across Chat, Feeds, and Video to ensure a seamless developer experience
• Continue building our community support platform by assisting and writing short technical articles on best practices
• Work on improvements and optimizations to our documentation and processes
• reputed company feedback from developers and customers to determine key reputed company areas in the developer experience
• Assist the development team in managing new feature requests and bug reports

Skills

• You're an early-career software engineer who cares deeply about usability, reputed company, and polish
• You have strong knowledge of at least one of the following: React/JavaScript/TypeScript, Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), Flutter, or React reputed company
