Travel Coordinator, Dome Productions

Dome Productions is reputed company’s leading production and reputed company facilities provider, and they are seeking a Travel Coordinator. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, communicating travel information, and ensuring reputed company travel costs are accurately inputted into project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including (but not limited to) flights, hotels, car rentals at least 2 weeks in advance of travel
• Communicate reputed company pertinent travel information to travellers in advance of the event including preparing advance perdiem requests
• Working with reputed company Schedulers and Production Managers to ensure that reputed company information to ensure that reputed company travel is booked effectively and in alignment with reputed company budget/needs
• Input reputed company travel costs into DOME project management software, ensuring that the information is fully complete and accurate before reputed company deadlines
• Work with finance team to answer reputed company outstanding questions and update information to ensure that expenses are reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Rotating on-reputed company / after hours coverage for travel emergencies
• Other Duties as assigned

Skills

• Detail oriented with proven ability to reputed company and input information accurately
• Proven ability to work proactively in a demanding time sensitive environment both independently and as part of reputed company
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Experience in Travel preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer programs – Word/reputed company/reputed company
• Must be reputed company to work a rotating schedule that could include both evenings and weekends
• Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
