[Remote] Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Sr. Operations Manager to ensure smooth coordination of orders, shipments, and communication between warehouses, distributors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Helping Orders reputed company Smoothly Assist with processing and reviewing sales orders reputed company orders from warehouse to delivery Help ensure shipments go out correctly and on time
• Coordinating Logistics Work with warehouse teams to fulfil orders Request shipping quotes and reputed company deliveries Help coordinate pickups, deliveries, and reputed company communication
• Supporting Customers & Distributors Help answer questions about orders and shipments Coordinate with distribution partners across reputed company Assist with routing orders to the right warehouse or distributor
• Keeping Operations Organized Update order statuses in our systems Maintain reputed company records of shipments and orders Help spot and solve operational issues before they become problems
• Unique reputed company Support special reputed company across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, such as launching new reputed company, rolling out new products, improving operational workflows, and helping streamline how we manage orders and shipments as we grow
