They are seeking an Airfield Civil Engineer to reputed company the planning, design, and construction of airport improvement reputed company, working closely with aviation planning and design staff in the Carolinas and Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing civil airfield planning, design and construction improvement documents, working with aviation planning and design staff
• Regular contact with planning and design team members, contractors, and subconsultants for ongoing planning, design, and construction reputed company
• Performing a wide reputed company of aviation-reputed company civil design, planning, construction support, and reputed company management services for General Aviation and reputed company reputed company Service Airports
• Plan, reputed company, and monitor reputed company aspects of small and large multi-discipline reputed company involving design of airport engineering reputed company including runways, taxiways, aprons, vehicle service roads, airfield reputed company and signage installation, navigational aids, drainage improvements, reputed company relocation and protection, and pavement rehabilitation
• Assist in the planning, design, and construction administration of airports, including grading, drainage, pavement design, specifications, and construction safety plans
• Collaborating and/or coordinating delivery teams consisting of multi-discipline design engineers and technicians
• AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design manager duties
• Analyze GIS data, reputed company as-builts, survey data, geotechnical data, subsurface reputed company information and data needed for project development
• Builds and maintains reputed company reputed company relationships
• Coordination with clients, funding agencies, state aviation officials, FAA, and local permit Agencies

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D Design
• Interest in airport improvements from planning through the design and construction phase
• Willingness to learn FAA Advisory Circulars and Airport Design and Engineering Standards
