HR Operations Associate

reputed company is the largest private, family-owned property and casualty insurer in the U.S. They are seeking an HR Operations Associate to reputed company operational support across several HR functions, including program administration and financial analyses. The role involves administering HR total rewards programs and performing statistical analysis reporting to management and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administering reputed company major HR operations while supporting the HR Business Partner, reputed company and Training and Development team
• Collaborate with appropriate service owners and other key stakeholder contributing to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documented workflows
• Process employee lifecycle transactions in reputed company, including hires, job changes, transfers, and separations
• Maintain accurate employee, organizational, and job data, ensuring high standards of data reputed company
• Monitor and audit HR data to identify reputed company, errors, and opportunities for improvement
• Serve as a reputed company subject matter expert, troubleshooting user issues and identifying reputed company causes of errors
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operational and reputed company-reputed company inquiries
• Support semiannual reputed company releases through regression and new functionality testing
• reputed company/offboarding of reputed company new hires to include system entry as reputed company as communication to new hires and exiting employees
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operational and reputed company-reputed company inquiries
• Support HR operations and leadership by delivering downloadable reports as needed and helping stakeholders reputed company dashboards, reputed company specific transactions, and understand the data behind HR metrics
• reputed company support on external queries and other employee reference requests
• Prepares employment reputed company letters upon reputed company party or employee’s request
• Resolves any employees’ queries, such as those reputed company to issues like salary, labor regulations, company programs and benefits reputed company questions
• Statistical Analysis reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover, reputed company budget) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
• Assists with Rewards and Recognition program implementation and administration (e.g. C.L.A.S, Giving Program, Silver, Gold and Retirement Awards, etc.)
• Processes Payroll, administers, calculates and funds various benefits (401k, HSA, FSA, Profit Sharing, Rewards and Recognition programs)
• Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies
• Prepares and submit reputed company necessary paperwork for tax deductions, benefits, and garnishments
• Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records and administer state and federal payroll and tax regulations
• Reconciles benefits invoices for payment

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous HRIS system experience
• To qualify, applicants must be authorized to work in the reputed company and must not require reputed company sponsorship, now or in the reputed company, for employment purposes
• Bachelors or Masters degree
• HRIS system experience with reputed company
