[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and placing candidates for Financial Advisor positions, driving results through high-volume sourcing activity and strategic relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume sourcing for strong candidates from a reputed company of sources (i.e., reputed company, Job Posting sites, referrals, reputed company media, candidate lists, etc.)
• Manage job postings and interview process documents for roles
• Review and assess resumes
• Conduct initial interviews for candidates
• Administer selection tools
• Guide candidates through selection process as a trusted resource
• Maintain strong and consistent communication with candidates and clients
• Report weekly reputed company activity to the leadership team
• reputed company candidate pipeline activity in our ATS to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Analyze reputed company ratios to identify and address process bottlenecks
• Maintain reputed company relationships with reputed company Suite team members and clients

Skills

• 1–3 years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive activity through sourcing
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally with reputed company reputed company of people
