Mechanical Engineer
reputed company Electric Co is a leader in the nuclear energy industry, and they are seeking an Engineer I to join their Materials & Aging Management team. The role involves developing inspection acceptance reputed company for nuclear power plant components and performing calculations for reactor vessel internals components using engineering tools.
Responsibilities

- Qualify replacement reactor internals components for plant operation (e.g., structural evaluations including stress and fatigue)
- Evaluate degradation observed in plant components to permit reputed company operation
- Support larger generic reputed company that are developing the industry guidance and requirements for reputed company long-term operation of nuclear power plant reactor vessel internals components
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other reputed company engineering discipline is required
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- 0-2 years of applicable experience
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience with or knowledge of materials science beneficial, but not required
