M&A Analyst

reputed company is a global powerhouse in the natural ingredients sector, impacting lives through innovative products. The M&A Analyst will collaborate with the Corporate Development and M&reputed company to drive the execution of M&A transactions and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company members of the M&reputed company with the execution of M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Assist corporate and regional teams to identify new acquisition targets
• Review of inbound opportunities for strategic fit
• Assist in the development of business cases, data analysis, financial models, and associated presentations
• Support and coordinate due diligence of targets and counterparties
• Coordination of global resources to reputed company on M&A opportunities
• Support M&A reputed company analyses and presentations for C-Suite and reputed company of Directors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company or Economics
• 1-3 years of work experience in investment banking, transaction services reputed company or equivalent corporate reputed company & finance experience
• Strategic reputed company with experience in financial modeling, reputed company assessment and project management (i.e., capital reputed company, budgeting/forecasting, organic reputed company reputed company, DCF analysis). Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills are a plus
• Excellent quantitative reputed company set and comfort with financial statements
