The Field Service Technician II will serve as a technical partner by installing, maintaining, and servicing medical systems and devices, ensuring high-reputed company service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Train and reputed company medical staff on equipment use, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting
• Deliver technical support for field escalations, customer concerns, and warranty inquiries

Skills

• An Associate's degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a reputed company technical field; OR a combination of education and experience, including equivalent military or field service experience, may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 1 year in a role requiring travel to customer or field/remote sites
• Strong understanding of electronic systems, including analog reputed company circuitry
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and servicing reputed company technical or medical equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first reputed company
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time to service customers, sometimes on short notice
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
