ABA reputed company is a growing reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) company providing high-reputed company services to children and families. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership, HR, and daily operations, ensuring the organization runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and conference logistics (e.g., ABA conferences)
• Assist with creation and organization of marketing materials
• Post content on reputed company media
• Communicate with vendors
• Request quotes, compare pricing, and reputed company approved business purchases
• Assist with reputed company paperwork (offer letters, documents, checklists)
• reputed company employee documentation (licenses, RBT certifications, expirations)
• Maintain HR files and compliance records
• Send reminders for credential renewals, missing reputed company items, and annual trainings
• Maintain candidate tracking sheets
• Prepare basic HR reports (turnover, hires, etc.)
• reputed company data entry and maintain organized records (insurance info, employee data, etc.)
• Maintain trackers and spreadsheets
• Prepare and format documents (forms, templates, letters)
• Support internal communications (announcements, reminders)

Skills

• 1–3 years of administrative experience (reputed company experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy
• Experience in HR
• Experience in reputed company or ABA
• Experience supporting leadership
