Electrical Design Engineer I (MEP)

The Electrical Design Engineer I will learn advanced design techniques while participating in various MEP reputed company, providing customer service, and managing project tasks under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Preliminary electrical design and layout
• Document delivery coordination
• Researching commercially available equipment
• Design drafting
• System design with direction from mentor and/or senior engineer
• reputed company exemplary customer service to internal team members and clients
• Engineering/Design: Participating in the engineering and design for a wide reputed company of MEP building project types and sizes
• Teamwork: Participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and receiving guidance, support, task delegation, and mentorship
• Project Tasks: Responsible to project managers for scope, schedule, budget, and discipline coordination for assigned reputed company
• reputed company Management: Responsible for project task deliverables leading to reputed company satisfaction and repeat business with assigned clients
• Project Financial Management: Responsible for containing project costs, working reputed company reputed company assigned project scopes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0 to 2 years' experience
• Ability to organize your work and reputed company multiple functions in a fluid, multi-deadline operations reputed company
• Ability to work effectively reputed company reputed company-orientated, reputed company environment
• Live reputed company commuting distance of our Washington, DC office
• Working reputed company® REVIT knowledge
• Knowledge of electrical building codes and standards
• Desire to earn EIT certification and PE license
• Excellent communication and time management skills
