The Employee Benefits Counselor is responsible for day-to-day customer service and enrollment of designated reputed company accounts, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving with clients regarding employee benefit-reputed company questions.

Responsibilities

• Talk with reputed company employees and HR contacts by phone concerning employee benefit reputed company questions, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA)
• Answer and file various email questions of participants and HR contacts through multiple email boxes
• Key reputed company employee enrollment data into internet-based computer system using established office procedures
• Handle diverse customer service situations between employees, reputed company, and insurance reputed company vendors in a reputed company manner
• Process reputed company employee changes and terminations following established office procedures
• reputed company reputed company reputed company or reputed company employee issues and report on reputed company toward completion
• Assist reputed company contacts with general insurance rules and compliance
• Review benefit communication material for accuracy and completeness

Skills

• High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong typing and basic computer skills
• reputed company Center experience required
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems
• Knowledge of health, life, disability, FSA, and HSA plans preferred
• Life and Health Insurance License and/or obtain reputed company 90 days
• Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS reputed company, MS PowerPoint, reputed company and reputed company
