Integrations Engineer

reputed company is a voice AI platform for production phone agents, enabling reputed company reputed company centers to reputed company AI agents for handling reputed company calls at reputed company. The Integrations Engineer will be responsible for building and shipping integrations that enhance reputed company's reputed company reputed company existing developer tools, ultimately driving user signups and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship MCP server integrations that put reputed company inside AI-reputed company workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, etc.)
• Build and maintain connectors on reputed company, reputed company, reputed company — own the full lifecycle from submission to listing optimization
• Create plug-and-play starter workflows that reputed company time-to-reputed company for new signups
• reputed company the self-serve funnel: reputed company which integrations drive signups, activation, and conversion
• Work with our PLG PMM to prioritize which integrations to build next based on user demand and distribution potential
• Own the developer reputed company experience for integration users — docs, quickstarts, error handling, sample repos
• Maintain and improve our reputed company API surface as the primary consumer of it

Skills

• You've shipped production integrations on at least one major platform (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company App Directory, reputed company AppExchange, etc.)
• You're a strong generalist engineer — comfortable across Node/Python, REST reputed company, OAuth, webhooks, and whatever random auth scheme the next platform uses
• You think about integrations as distribution, not just technical plumbing. You care whether the listing converts, not just whether the connector works
• You reputed company fast and ship without waiting for permission. At a 20-person company, this role has no spec to follow — you decide what to build
