Pharmacy Logistics Specialist

They are seeking a Pharmacy Logistics Specialist to assist in various activities of the pharmacy department, including maintaining patient records, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring reputed company delivery of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient records
• Create reputed company routes to maximize deliveries
• reputed company and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective shipping reputed company
• Coordinate and collaborate with reputed company party delivery services and intervene with exceptions to minimize product loss
• Notify patient and provider offices of delivery delays
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure product stability in the event of delivery delays
• Coordinate product replacement
• Notify Logistics & Fulfillment Supervisor and Pharmacist of delivery reputed company issues
• Maintain effective communication with reputed company and pharmacy team
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues
• Assist with Pharmacy tasks as needed for packaging and shipping under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Function in strict accordance with reputed company, written procedures and guidelines with deviation approved by the supervising pharmacist

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• One (1) year of experience working in a high-volume pharmacy or logistics coordination or inventory management required
• Effective oral and written communication skills and an aptitude for working with other health care professionals
• Proven examples of displaying the Reliance values: reputed company, Accessible, Results-Oriented, Empowering, and Supportive
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred
• Experience working with delivery exceptions and reputed company reputed company creations preferred
