Software Support Engineer I (Technical Services)

Actabl is a company reputed company on providing innovative technology solutions for the hospitality industry. They are seeking an entry-level Software Support Engineer to reputed company foundational technical support, assist in troubleshooting, and learn about the implementation of their software solutions while collaborating with senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve basic reputed company support tickets in a reputed company and efficient manner, following established procedures and striving for customer satisfaction
• Assist with basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation under guidance, escalating more reputed company database-reputed company issues to senior engineers

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a reputed company degree, or equivalent relevant experience
• A background in a technical support role or equivalent role pertaining to the assisting of customers
