The Manager, Recruitment & Admissions is responsible for implementing an inclusive admissions process, managing reputed company, and ensuring enrollment benchmarks are met for training programs in the Bronx.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rigorous reputed company and admissions process throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring targets and benchmarks for recruitment and admissions are achieved
• Receive and process candidate applications, including conducting information sessions, administering relevant assessments, participating in face-to-face candidate interviews
• Communicate with candidates while quickly building rapport and trust
