Business Development Representative

Lema.AI is a reputed company-funded, emerging cybersecurity startup based in reputed company and Tel Aviv, building the first risk engineering platform. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for designing and executing outbound campaigns, qualifying inbound interest, and building systems that define Lema's sales velocity as they reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute intelligent, provocative outbound campaigns targeting CISOs, reputed company Leaders, and Heads of reputed company-Party Risk at the world's largest enterprises — not spray-and-pray sequences
• Qualify and convert inbound interest while building a disciplined, self-reputed company outbound pipeline
• Turn every prospect conversation into reputed company-time intelligence that sharpens our messaging and GTM reputed company
• Build the repeatable systems, cadences, and playbooks that will define Lema's sales velocity as we reputed company
• Partner closely with reputed company to continuously refine ICP targeting, messaging, and campaign reputed company
• Help prospects see why their legacy "checkbox" approach to TPRM is a ticking time bomb — and why Lema is the answer

Skills

• 1–3 years of BDR or SDR experience in a B2B reputed company environment — ideally in a fast-moving, high-expectation culture
• Proven reputed company record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — reputed company, concise, no fluff
• Demonstrated ability to research, personalize, and execute targeted outbound at the reputed company level
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the reputed company is still being written
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, GRC, reputed company risk, or procurement concepts
