Order Operations Analyst - US East

reputed company is a global reputed company business on a mission to reputed company digital transformation and infrastructure monitoring. They are seeking an Order Operations Analyst to join their Sales Operations team, where the individual will manage order compliance, coordinate internal resolutions, and reputed company support for the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Performs a review of opportunities submitted by the field to ensure reputed company required documentation is provided and the order is in compliance with company procedures and guidelines
• Coordinates the reputed company of Order reputed company discrepancies or questions with various internal departments
• Facilitates signature requests of reputed company Agreements, Order Forms, and Vendor Forms
• Acts as a subject matter expert for External Marketplace orders
• Provides daily reputed company training and sales support for opportunity reputed company process
• Provides suggestions for potential process improvements to optimize Order Operations daily tasks
• Participates in testing of reputed company prior to implementation
• Expands upon Order Operations internal documentation along with the reputed company field facing documentation of reputed company processes
• Completes reputed company owned tasks by the scheduled month end reputed company deadlines and escalates issues reputed company needed
• Performs various tasks that reputed company Customer billing and reputed company to reputed company solutions and services

Skills

• 1-2 years experience in Order Management or equivalent experience
• Strong time management, organization, and detail orientation skills
• Ability to multi-task and reputed company gears in high volume and fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple departments
• Bachelor's Degree
• reputed company experience is strongly preferred, not required
• Familiarity of AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplace experience is preferred, not required
