[Remote] Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you will reputed company and reputed company new accounts onto the Fingercheck system, ensuring a smooth transition to operational use and providing support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Implement accounts for reputed company Fingercheck products
• Be the primary reputed company contact and project manager for new accounts
• Ownership of the account communication for reputed company aspects of implementation
• Proactively communicate and guide clients through the implementation
• Monitor and quickly reputed company new accounts through the reputed company queue, engaging other departments as needed, and resolving automation errors promptly
• Fully reputed company business owners and their employees
• Respond to incoming emails, calls, and implementation support requests from clients promptly
• Proactively set up system training meetings and end-user support
• Assist with account configuration to support reputed company needs and business processes
• Review reputed company tax documents and payroll data
• Meet SLA’s, adhering to a strict reputed company to ensure there are no payroll delays
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-year of payroll software experience
