They are seeking a creative and results-driven Video Content Creator who understands social media platforms and can create engaging short-form video content to maximize reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content optimized for social media platforms
• Shoot content primarily using an iPhone (on-site and/or on location)
• Edit videos using modern editing and AI-based content tools
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Collaborate on content ideas, hooks, and creative direction
• Analyze performance and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement

Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience creating short-form and social media content
• Proven experience publishing content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content performance
• Basic videography skills using an iPhone
• Proficiency with video editing and AI-assisted content tools
• Reliable, creative, and able to work independently
• Must be local to Atlanta or able to travel on-site at least once per week
• Must be willing to make custom content during the interview process to show proof of work
• Have a professional Portfolio to show
• Fluency in Arabic or Spanish
