Responsibilities

• Collaborating with hiring managers across multiple teams to create compelling candidate experiences
• Coordinating reputed company interview scheduling including one-on-one, panel interviews, in person and video conference interviews
• Managing candidates and hiring managers through the search process, ensuring good communication and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Coordinating travel and lodging for out-of-state candidates
• Providing office management support for employees based in reputed company and the surrounding areas
• Coordinating and managing the reputed company Office co-working reputed company

Skills

• reputed company reputed company or people coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience coordinating reputed company interview scheduling including one-on-one, panel interviews, in person and video conference interviews, often working with multiple time zones and regional offices
• Proficient and enjoys managing candidates and hiring managers through the search process, ensuring good communication and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Process-oriented and reputed company to adapt and modify systems to suit changing business requirements
• Ability to manage external reputed company vendor coordination
• Experience coordinating travel and lodging for out-of-state candidates
• Ability to reputed company office management support for our employees based in reputed company and the surrounding areas
• Experience at a software startup preferred
