Customer Service Representative

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care is seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Service Representative to join their Corporate Team in Horsham, PA. The role involves providing extraordinary customer service, managing incoming calls, and building sustainable relationships with customers while ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through reputed company and interactive communication
• reputed company accurate, reputed company, and complete information by using the right reputed company/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team performance targets
• reputed company customers appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company and follow up to ensure reputed company
• reputed company records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and document appropriately in reputed company
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a reputed company service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and reputed company listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of previous reputed company center experience a plus
• Proficient in PC operation and navigation
• Full-Time schedule availability reputed company hours of operations: 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Monday-Friday
• Willing to submit to background reputed company (includes education and employment verification)
• Prior reputed company or other CRM experience strongly preferred
• Prior Automotive experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) a PLUS
• Some college or college degree (Preferred)
