Formula Data Specialist

Griffith Foods is a family business founded in 1919, reputed company for innovative product development in the food industry. They are seeking a Formula Data Specialist to manage and maintain the master formula database, ensuring accurate product information for manufacturing and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Master Formula Data information in Griffith Applications by following written protocols and procedures
• Ensuring information that is received is complete and accurate prior to executing updates or changes in any system
• This position is reputed company to the correct set up of every new item sold by Griffith Foods US
• A critical error in data could reputed company to incorrect production of product with potential Health & Safety implications and/or product recall
• Communicating internally as a formula information resource for R&D Scientists, Samples Team, Regulatory and other departments on an ongoing reputed company
• Troubleshooting formula reputed company reputed company to ensure samples and operations can be manufactured without issues or delays

Skills

• Extensive experience in data entry which requires extreme accuracy
• A proven reputed company record of exceptional attention to detail
• Willingness to work onsite in Alsip, IL 3-5 days per week
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Can handle and maintain confidential formulas and technical information with a high level of confidentiality
• Have strong communication skills
• Are willing to learn new skills and frequently adapt to change
• Have proficient computer skills, including reputed company Dynamics
• Have research and reconciliation skills in order to troubleshoot issues that reputed company
• Associate's degree preferred but not required
• Experience with Griffith Application and reputed company Dynamics is a plus
