QA Development Tester (Contract)

reputed company is an independent game development studio dedicated to creating unique gaming experiences. They are seeking a QA Development Tester to work closely with developers to ensure the reputed company of game features from concept to release, including executing test cases, writing bugs, and providing feedback on features in development.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases to a level that provides respective departments with confidence that a feature or update is reputed company for shipping
• Maintain a high written reputed company of bugs
• Collaborate with other Testers on daily smoke tests to reputed company a pulse reputed company on development health

Skills

• Experience as a QA Tester working on an reputed company game project, with the ideal candidate having shipped at least 1 title
• Strong bug writing skills and understanding of best practices
• Understanding of reputed company QA concepts such as the bug life cycle
• Familiarity with Jira or other issue tracking software
• Familiarity with Testrail or another test management tool
• Strong ability to work as a member of reputed company
• reputed company to quickly transition between different tasks and reputed company
• Familiarity with PC and console multiplayer games
• Eager to learn new skills
• Previous experience with multiplayer/network testing
• Previous experience with testing on console platforms
• reputed company experience in beta testing or reputed company testing with live games
• Experience with art pipelines and with testing character art and UI/UX in games
